This Low Temperature Rubber Roof Flashing is specifically designed for use on flat roofs or in situations where a bevelled or corrugated roof requires effective sealing. It accommodates external flue sizes ranging from 150mm to 300mm and is rated for a maximum temperature of 115°C.

Installation Guide:

The rubber upstand features cut lines along the outside for easy sizing. Simply cut to the desired size using a Stanley knife. Once the flue system is positioned, lift the adjacent roof tiles and place the flashing over the opening. If needed, secure it with self-tapping screws (not included). Replace the roof tiles, making sure the bottom edge of the flashing remains above the tiles to allow rainwater to flow and disperse effectively.

This flashing ensures robust weather protection and a seamless installation, making it an ideal choice for flat and uniquely-shaped roofs.
