This Low Temperature Rubber Roof Flashing is designed for use on roofs with a pitch between 20° and 45°. It features a robust aluminium base and accommodates external flue sizes from 160mm to 300mm, ensuring effective weather-proofing for your flue system.

Installation Guide:
The rubber upstand is equipped with various cut lines on the exterior to facilitate easy sizing. Use a Stanley knife to cut the upstand to the desired dimensions. After the flue system is in place, lift the surrounding roof tiles and position the flashing over the opening. If necessary, secure it using self-tapping screws (not provided). Replace the roof tiles, ensuring that the bottom edge of the flashing remains above the tiles to allow rainwater to flow down and disperse properly.

This flashing offers a reliable, low-temperature solution for sealing flue exits, providing excellent weather protection and straightforward installation.
