Product Details

This High Temperature Rubber Roof Flashing (0 to 45°) is designed to weather-proof the exit of the flue system from the roof. It features a high temperature-resistant rubber upstand and a durable aluminium base to ensure secure and lasting protection.

Installation Guide:

The rubber upstand includes cut lines on the outside to guide you. Cut to the appropriate size using a Stanley knife. Once the flue system is in place, lift the surrounding roof tiles and position the flashing over the opening. Secure with self-tapping screws if necessary (screws not provided). Replace the roof tiles, ensuring that the bottom edge of the flashing stays above the tiles so rainwater can flow and disperse properly.

This flashing provides a strong, high-temperature solution for sealing flue exits, ensuring weather protection and straightforward installation.
