This High Temperature Rubber Roof Flashing is expertly crafted for roofs with a pitch between 20° and 45°. Designed to fit external flue sizes from 150mm to 280mm, it features a heavy-duty aluminium base that ensures optimal weather-proofing for your flue system.

Installation Guide:
The rubber upstand is marked with various cut lines on the outside for easy sizing. Simply cut it to the required dimensions using a Stanley knife. Once your flue system is installed, lift the surrounding roof tiles and position the flashing over the flue opening. If needed, secure the flashing with self-tapping screws (not included). Replace the roof tiles, ensuring the bottom edge of the flashing remains above the tiles so that rainwater can flow off and disperse properly.

This flashing provides a robust, high-temperature solution for sealing flue exits, offering reliable weather protection and easy installation.
