This Low Temperature Rubber Roof Flashing is designed to provide reliable weather-proofing for flue systems exiting from the roof, particularly effective at angles ranging from 0 to 45°. Featuring a robust aluminium base, this flashing is suitable for external flue sizes between 110mm and 200mm.

Installation Guide:
The rubber upstand is equipped with various cut lines on the exterior for easy sizing. Cut the upstand to your desired size using a Stanley knife. Once the flue system is in place, lift the surrounding roof tiles and position the flashing over the opening. If necessary, secure it with self-tapping screws (not included). Replace the roof tiles, ensuring the bottom edge of the flashing remains above the tiles to facilitate proper drainage of rainwater.

This flashing offers a durable, weather-resistant solution, ensuring effective sealing around the flue while allowing for straightforward installation.
