The Black Vitreous Stove Pipe Bend with Door is an essential component for creating directional changes in your flue run. Available in 45° and 90° options, this bend is designed to minimize resistance to the flow of flue gases, optimizing the efficiency of your system while maintaining the necessary angle relative to the vertical axis.
This component is particularly useful in situations where access to the flue pipe is needed for inspection or cleaning. The integrated door allows for convenient access without the need to disassemble the entire flue system.
Typically, Vitreous Stove Pipe is used to connect your stove or appliance to either a Flexible Flue Liner or a Twin Wall Insulated Flue. For safety, it is essential to install the pipe at least 3 times its internal diameter away from any combustible materials.
Please note that this stove pipe is designed exclusively for internal connection use and should never be used externally. While it features a compression fit for straightforward installation, we recommend applying a thin layer of fire cement at each joint to ensure a secure and airtight seal.
