The Locking Band for 316 1mm Stove Pipe is designed to securely strengthen the joint between two flue pipes, ensuring a firm and stable connection in your flue system.
Made from durable 316 stainless steel, this locking band is essential for reinforcing joints in your stove pipe installation, especially where a stronger connection is needed.
Installation Guide:
- The 316/1mm stove pipe should always be installed at least 3 times its internal diameter away from any combustible materials, such as plasterboard ceilings or wood. For example, a 6" diameter pipe should be placed at least 18" away from combustible materials.
- Each joint in the flue run should be sealed with fire cement for optimal safety and performance.
- Please note that 316 flue pipes are only intended to be used as connecting pieces between your appliance (such as a woodstove) and the flue liner or chimney stack.
