The Tee with Cap (316 1mm) is a versatile component designed to facilitate a change in the direction of your flue run while providing easy access for cleaning and inspection. Available in both 45-degree and 90-degree angles, this tee cap allows for flexible installation options, ensuring your flue system operates efficiently.
Constructed from high-quality 316 stainless steel, this tee is built to last, providing durability and resistance against corrosion.
Installation Guide:
When installing the 316/1mm stove pipe, ensure that it is positioned at least 3 times its internal diameter away from any combustible materials, such as plasterboard ceilings or wood. For example, a 6" diameter pipe should be at least 18" away from combustible materials.
To guarantee a secure and airtight connection, each joint should be sealed with fire cement. Please note that the 316 flue pipe is intended solely as a connecting piece between your appliance (e.g., woodstove) and the flue liner or chimney stack.
