The Stainless Steel Stove Pipe with Inspection Door, made from durable 316-grade stainless steel with a 1mm thickness, is designed for easy access to the flue system for inspection and cleaning. Available in 3 sizes, this pipe connects your stove to either a flue liner or a twin wall insulated rigid flue pipe.
Installation Guide:
The 316/1mm stove pipe should be installed at least 3 times its internal diameter away from any combustible materials, such as plasterboard ceilings or wooden structures. For instance, a 6" diameter piece of 316 pipe should be placed 18" away from combustible materials.
For optimal safety and efficiency, each joint in the flue run should be sealed with fire cement. The 316 flue pipe is intended as a connecting piece between the appliance (such as a wood stove) and the flue liner or chimney stack, and should only be used internally.
