Product Details

The Arundel Wood is the perfect choice for owners who prefer to fuel their stoves with wood. This dedicated wood burner ensures long-lasting clean burn periods, converting the energy from natural wood logs into comfortable and controllable heat. Portway wood stoves produce considerably less ash than multifuel models, resulting in highly efficient wood burning with less waste to remove.

This stove benefits from a 10-Year Guarantee and is fully compliant with the Eco Design Directive, meeting exceptional EU standards to improve the environment by offering clean-burning, highly efficient stoves with ultra-low emissions.

Rated Energy Class A+, this stove is fully approved by the HETAS Cleaner Choice scheme, meeting the most stringent emissions criteria and achieving a 50% reduction in particulates compared to currently recognised requirements within UK Smoke Control Areas.

Hardwood is an ideal fuel for wood-burning stoves, including varieties such as Ash, Birch, Maple, and Oak, as well as wood from various fruit trees. Hardwood logs burn for longer periods while generating a good amount of heat. For the cleanest burn and maximum efficiency, we recommend burning kiln-dried natural hardwood logs. Dry firewood or seasoned wood fuel consists of logs that have been stored for at least six months or dried in the open air.
