Orders over £150 (incl VAT) qualify for free delivery to UK Mainland addresses, excluding the Scottish Highlands and all UK islands. Larger items are not included in this offer. For more details, please see the pallet charges below.

For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Grampians, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, and Guernsey/Jersey, please see the delivery charges listed below. Some deliveries may still require a custom quote depending on the items ordered and the destination.

Please note: Stoves are available for delivery to Mainland UK addresses only. We cannot ship stoves to islands or remote locations.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during normal working hours.
Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
If you wish to designate a safe place for your order to be left, please provide this information in the notes section during step 3 of the checkout process. Kindly note that this arrangement is made at your own risk. Once the delivery is left as specified, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.
Pallet Delivery
Some items incur a £50.00 (ex VAT) pallet delivery charge due to their weight and size. This will be calculated at checkout. Also listed below.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of your order, please refrain from booking any installers or tradesmen until your entire order has arrived and been inspected.
Some orders, especially those containing stoves, may arrive in multiple deliveries due to different suppliers, stock availability, and logistics.
Our couriers make every effort to deliver on time and on the specified day. However, unexpected issues such as traffic may occasionally cause delays. To avoid inconvenience, please wait until your order has arrived and been confirmed in good condition before scheduling any work.
We use a variety of couriers, including DX Freight, Pallet Network, Browns Distribution, and Sicando. Please be aware that we may not always be able to specify which courier will handle your delivery.
