The Roof Flashing (Rubber) is designed to provide a secure, weatherproof seal around flue pipes on flat roofs or roofs with bevelled or corrugated surfaces. It fits external pipe diameters from 75mm to 175mm, offering versatility for various chimney installations.
Made from durable rubber, this flashing withstands temperatures up to 115°C, ensuring reliable protection against weather elements. The base size is 280mm by 280mm and it is compatible with roof pitches from 0° to 45°, making installation straightforward on many roof types.
