The 300mm-450mm Aluminium Base Low Temp Roof Flashing provides a reliable weatherproof seal where your flue exits the roof. Designed with a durable aluminium base and a low temperature resistant rubber upstand, this flashing effectively prevents water ingress and protects your chimney system.
Suitable for roof pitches from 0° to 45°, the flashing measures 764mm x 764mm at the base and accommodates pipe extensions between 300mm and 450mm. Its robust construction ensures long-lasting performance in low-temperature applications without compromising on durability.
